A flavorful marinade with a pineapple flavor, very suitable for marinating pork and poultry meat on a skewer in the so-called KEBAB style. Which is the traditional preparation of the dish “Al Pastor” in Mexico. The marinade can be used during slow roasting of meat, grilling or simply mixed with shredded meat that has not been seasoned in any way before.
The recommended ratio is: 100 ml of marinade per 1 kg of meat.
